Headache causes, symptoms, prevention and cure


Headache can vary from mild to serious one, depending on causes and symptoms. It is important to be able to track the source or causes and symptoms of headaches. Keeping track of the headache trend will provide the right clue and guide to effective care and ultimately stopping the headache and its attendant impacts on your body system towards ensuring your physical and mental well being.

 

Causes of headaches

Most causes of headache include

  1. Lack of rest
  2. Incessant noise
  3. Stress or stressful situation
  4. Hot weather or sun hammering the forehead
  5. Indirect causes: medication, body chemistry disturbances etc.

Symptoms

Headaches symptoms vary. The symptoms may include mild pain around the head, neck, shoulder, waist etc. It may also include tiredness of the body or some form of diziness.

 

Cure

Curing headaches may include simple life style change and/or adjustment, simple rest and taking some mild or strong medications to bring it under control.

 

Prevention

Prevention is always better than cure. Your best bet to preventing occurrence or re-occurrence of headache is to control and prevent the causes of headache.

It is easier said than done… a practical attitude and obedience to simple steps will safe you a lot of agony, time and money on headache. By taking some simple precautions you can stop the headache.
